A LONG, Interesting Pregnancy Week...

Well, after being nauseated for the last 3-4 weeks, I will have to admit----I HAD A HORRIBLE WEEK starting Sunday. I woke up congested, and throwing up nonstop! I thought for sure it was a stomach bug and the drainage wasn't helping either.
To make a long story short, after 3 days straight of this, I went to my doctor Wednesday morning. They immediately admitted me into the hospital. I was dehydrated and on top of that I had a bladder infection! I spent the night there, got lots of I.V. hydration, and some antibiotics. I was sent home Thursday morning still not feeling 100%. But today I feel a lot better as long as I take it easy and don't do too much.
The best part of all of this was that Mark and I got to see the baby and hear the heart beat!

Today was Madalyn's Kindergarten field trip to the zoo. Mark and I decided to go and help out. We had a good time with the 3 girls we were in charge of.

Wow---three girls, we MAY be having to do this on a regular basis in about 7 months!

Madalyn and one of the girls, Camryn, insisted on having their picture taken by this huge, nasty rattle snake. His rattle and tongue were going crazy. We thought he was going to charge the window while they were sitting there looking at him. We were having so much fun that we didn't realize it was already time to meet back with their teacher! We were about to let the girls play on the playground because we thought for sure we were done early! Thank goodness Mark told me to check the time!

All in all we had a really fun day with our oldest daughter, Madalyn!

Easter

What an interesting Easter weekend we have had?!

Madalyn made her first ever snow angel and even drew in the snow a smiley face on it!

Loraly enjoyed a great snow ball fight with her daddy...

Unfortunately, I have really been feeling pretty puny this weekend. Hopefully I will be able to deal with it better or (even better) kick the nauseous feeling all together!

Please pray that I will be able to get through these first 3 months of feeling sick a little more easier or make them go faster!

Egg Hunting, Games, and Pizza

I went to Madalyn's Easter Picnic at school today. Thay had an easter egg hunt, played games, and had pizza.

I was talking to Madalyn's P.E. coach and she was telling me that they call Madalyn "The Model". How cute is that?!

Changes

You know when you have one or two kids, life is pretty easy. Well, what I mean by this is that you can have a three bedroom, two bath house with no problems, and you can have any sedan, SUV that you want. Once that third child comes along you have issues arise that didn't before---bigger house, bigger car, and one that just came to me in the last few days is a bigger kitchen table. Imagine most kitchen tables have 4 chairs, that just doesn't work with a family of 5!!! We are so thrilled to be having baby #3, but it is really interesting the things that change with the third child.

My First Post...

Well, I am starting this blog to post thoughts and updates about my third pregnancy, 2 beautiful daughters, and my amazing husband. We have been married for 7 1/2 years, we have a 6 year old daughter-Madalyn, a 3 1/2 year old daughter-Loraly, and we have just found out that we are pregnant with baby # 3! So obviously my life is quite busy and full of love and lots of FUN!
