34. How do you sleep? remember pregnant---however is comfortable and easiest to get up for potty breaks!
35. Last time you laughed:Madalyn was being quite the comedian last night! Loraly went to sleep early so Madalyn was front and center for attention.
36. Ever looked at someone ugly and said "EWWW"? I am sure, but not recently---probably more on someones attitude than their looks

38 weeks and going to be here for a while!

I gained one pound!

No dilation!
No baby dropping!

So I am not going back to the doctor until November 28, my due date is November 30. If nothing drastic happens between now and then, we will set up my induction for the next week one day---the first week of December.

It is so great to get to pick out your child's birthday!
I love not getting surprised and I especially love knowing exactly when these big events will take place. My husband can schedule to take off work without any problems, bag will be packed (because it isn't right now), car seat will be in the car (because it isn't right now), and the girls will have their bags packed (because they aren't right now) and plans made to stay at grandma's.

It is great!

My husband turned 32 today!

I took the girls shopping and let them buy WHATEVER they wanted for their daddy for his birthday today. They both decided that it had to be a Transformer that they got him. So Madalyn got him "Bumblebee" and Loraly picked out "Optimus Prime". I let them wrap the presents. I cut out a huge square of wrapping paper, and just handing out the tape!
So cute! They decorated cards, and then when their daddy got home they had to unwrap the presents even after all the hard work wrapping them!

Happy 32nd Birthday Mark!

Oh yeah---my sweet and VERY thoughtful daughter had to remind her Daddy that he is in his thirties and Mommy is still in her twenties (only for about another month, unfortunately)!

What Loraly is Thankful for...

At Mother's Day Out today, Loraly's teacher was doing a project with the class where she asked each of the children what they were thankful for.

When she asked Loraly, the response was "MINNIE MOUSE!"

of course...what else would a almost 4 year old (in 2 days) be thankful for!

She said that most of the other children said they were thankful for the Power Rangers!

Still here (of course) and Madalyn's Turkey Project

My girls have always been quite creative and imaginative.

Here is what I mean:

Madalyn used some craft supplies to make or 'layout' a sleeping beauty.

Loraly made a Minnie Mouse out of the craft supplies.

Madalyn had to decorate a turkey for school. Last year we made a Rock Star turkey, so this year we had to try and make it just as good.

It ended up becoming a Hula Girl Turkey!

When this picture was taken, we had not curled the turkey's feathers. It turned out really cute!

Nothing has happened...16 more days. Mark says 15 days too many. I have had more contractions but nothing solid. I go back to the doctor Friday, so hope that we have better news than lately. As much as I want her here and I want to not be pregnant anymore, I would really like for her to wait to be born until the first week of December. The reason: Mark's birthday is tomorrow, and Loraly's is 2 days later. To have another birthday within days would be an awful lot to deal with, but we asked for it and if it happens then that is what was meant to be!

Can't sleep...

5:00 A.M. -6:00 A.M. = 7 contractions

we will see what the rest of the day holds for us!

I am sure nothing so I am trying not to get my hopes up.

37 weeks

Well, I had my 37 week appointment today. I had to wait for the doctor FOREVER and to end up getting the same boring news---NO CHANGE! I gained 3 pounds but the baby still has some dropping to do before I will make anymore progress.

I tried to talk to him about when we or he would think about inducing, he said he likes to wait to at least 39 weeks and for me to be 2-3 cm dilated. No luck there...

We took the girls to the movie theater tonight to watch "Fred Claus". Pretty cute although I am sure I missed quite a bit considering I went to the bathroom 3 times myself and I took Loraly one other time! Afterward Madalyn wanted to walk around The Room Store (? why--we are not sure) and as I passed by a mirror, I glanced over and immediately wanted to go home and hide because hopefully it was a circus mirror---I looked MONSTROUS!

3-4 weeks left of looking monstrous and I will have a sweet, little baby girl to hold and love in my arms!
